Holly Henderson is a 23 year old artist and musician from Kent, England.

 

Holly is a portrait and human form artist.  

Her personal work explores the body and portraiture often with a sombre, feminine pallete. She enjoys toying with an uncommon standard of androgynous and feminine beauty, by creating layered and distorted portraits and figures, sometimes painted in soft, floral colours, or drawn with fluid and technical precision.

Her work holds the intention of going beyond the viewer's conventional ideas of beauty, and seeking a new perspective on the allure of the distorted and incongruous.

 

She is both distinctively inspired by a traditional aesthetic, and a fresh, contemporary one.
